Davis Construction was approached by a private client who had recently bought a new home in a highly desirable Leigh-on-Sea location. We were given the task of completely refurbishing their home so that they could move in within the 12-week period that they desired.
Due to the residential area in which the property was located, it was key to keep disruption to a minimum at all times. We started the project with an extensive site clearance, before conducting a full refurbishment of the home which included the installation of new windows, heating system, internal doors and frames, and flooring. Every room of the home had to be refurbished to the highest standard, including the fitting of a high-spec German kitchen and two new bathrooms. We completed the project by installing a new power and an LED lighting system as well as all decorative elements. The home was finished on time and on budget to the high standard for which we are known, and the client was delighted with the polished appearance of the property.
