A private client approached us with the remit of completely transforming the new home that they had recently purchased to create the larger, contemporary space that they desired. It was important that the project be completed within 20 weeks so that the client could move in.
A full site clearance was conducted before going on to extend the current structure of the house, and convert the loft to create a larger living space. Every element of the refurbishment was completed to our exacting standards, including the installation of new windows and porcelain tiled flooring. Rendering of external walls completed along with an extensive landscaping of the garden and patio area, which included reducing levels and the installation of bi-fold doors. Noise level was carefully controlled at every stage of the project to prevent disruption in the residential area, and the works were all completed on budget and on time so that the client could move in immediately.
