Oak House – Residential

Davis Construction was appointed to this £900,000 project in June 2017, with works commencing on the 3rd July.

This 32-week undertaking consisted of the conversion of the existing two-storey office building at Oak House into residential accommodation comprising 16 self-contained flats.

Based in the heart of Colchester’s city centre and in easy walking distance of the station, this building was an ideal candidate for a top-spec residential conversion.

All of the newly constructed flats are 1-bedroom, with fully-fitted kitchens and bathrooms, each equipped with luxury features such as light-up mirrors and power showers.

All work was completed on schedule in March 2018.
