Davis Construction secured this £1.4 million residential project in April 2018 and began work on site on 28th May. Bishop’s Stortford is a historic town in the home county of Hertfordshire, which is around 27 miles north east of London. We will be working on this build alongside Spatial Design Architects to ensure the highest standards are met to the client’s specifications.
After demolition of the existing house, our team has started work on the construction of the new six-bedroom residence.
The major features of this luxury home include a triple garage, a playroom, a science lab and a cinematic basement.
Internal features include five staircases, two of which will have oak treads, solid white wall balustrade, a hidden handrail built into the wall and curved first floor balustrade.
One other will have oak treads, glass balustrade from the stringer to the underside of the ceiling and a separate stales-steel handrail.
External features of the house will include cladding and render, roof lights, balustrade, roof patio and high-spec front door with side lights.
