Join The Team - Marketing Administrator Opportunity
Mission:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Administrator with the knowledge, experience and ability to support the administrative tasks of our marketing campaigns. Note that this is not a generic marketing role, but rather the selected candidate will work as a bridge between internal and external operations; working in-house with the Managing Director and closely with our marketing agency.
As Marketing Administrator, no task will be too small and nothing will be deemed too much of challenge. Whilst this is primarily an in-house role based in Southend-on-Sea, you’ll also be actively visiting construction sites across Essex, London, and occasionally further afield. A full UK driving license is therefore a necessity for this role.
Overview:
As part of a fast-growing, dynamic construction company in Essex, you will be required to work directly in-house with the Managing Director and closely with our marketing agency. You will help leverage content (such as images, videos, reports and other literature) from on-site and off-site projects to support our campaigns. You will also be heavily engaged with a range of administrative responsibilities, including clerical tasks and the management of the agriculture of data. Whilst supporting the work of executives on projects and being responsible for managing your own tasks, you’ll be expected to liaise with the marketing agency to understand all requirements.
Outcomes:
- Must be clear and direct in both written and verbal communication. The candidate is able to articulate to-the-point with the information required, without leaving anything open to interpretation
- Approaches projects with a ‘get things done’ mindset – speedy communication with both internal and external operations is a must. The candidate will take effective routes to prioritise tasks, and produce ideas which enable putting processes in place
- An eagerness to add tangible value to our ongoing marketing efforts, the candidate will help accelerate our success by providing quality content acquired. The candidate’s own opinions and bias won’t affect personal judgement of what is required by the company or our marketing agency

Who:
- Enthusiastic with a genuine passion for helping to generate quality content for company projects/campaigns

- Degree educated - preferable but not essential
