Join the Team - Construction Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking a full time estimator to be based at our office in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

The Estimator will form part of the Davis Construction team and be responsible for supporting the commercial input across a large portfolio of schemes. Typical schemes cover Private Residential, Healthcare, Education, and are priced from £300k to £2m.

As an estimator you will be working on a variety of projects and will be required to prepare and respond to tenders, price work and materials, plus provide cost estimates for future schemes.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working as an estimator previously with a building contractor or property developer.

Essential skills:

• Educated within construction
• Experience within a maintenance, building or refurbishment environment
• Excellent numeracy skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Current and valid driving license
