Introducing Queens Park Court

Residential projects are thriving and forthcoming for us this year here at Davis Construction. With our Residential conversion and extension project at Acorn House in Basildon well underway, we are now pleased to announce that we are taking on a further large-scale residential project in Billericay, Essex on behalf of Sempra Homes Ltd, the subsidiary company of Basildon Borough Council. We now begin the first stages of the design work ready for works to start on site later this year.

Queens Park Court primarily consists of the design and construction of 2 purpose-built apartment blocks, housing 30 shared ownership apartments comprising of modern one and two bedrooms. The project also features external bin and bike stores, car parking and associated landscaping.

Sempra Homes will be offering the accommodation out to prospective buyers on completion of the build and we are very much looking forward to delivering the vision for these new living spaces. Along the way we must carry out the works true to our mission statement as a company, as we aim to build the innovative spaces with due care and consideration for the residents and public surrounding the location of the site, with safety by instinct.

Queens Park Court is located nearby to two local primary and nursery schools, which will require us to take further protective measures during busy traffic periods throughout the day. At Davis Construction we always make it a priority of ours to be considerate of neighbouring residents, and in setting up site for Queens Park Court, we will be making no exception.

We are due to commence site set up in May 2020 and continue with our considerate preparations for a smooth, successful and safe build!
